Archbishop Anne Germond is pleased to announce the following new appointments across the Diocese of Algoma:
The Rev. Paul Baskcomb (bottom left) has been appointed as the Bishop’s clergy appointee to the Executive Committee, succeeding The Rev. Peter Armstrong, who has retired.
The Rev. Brad Mittleholz (bottom right) has been appointed Pastoral Chaplain for the Deanery of Algoma, following the retirement of The Rev. Canon Bob Elkin. The pastoral chaplain provides support and guidance to enquirers for ordination and to clergy in the early years of ministry.
Sandy Drindak (top right), Thunder Bay–North Shore Deanery, has been appointed to the Social Justice Committee of Algoma, with a particular interest in helping youth engage with social justice issues.
Brenda O’Neill (top left), Gathering Table, Thunder Bay has been appointed Deanery Warden of Lay Readers, following the retirement of The Rev. Deborah Everest.
