Online Forms Now Available
Parishes across the Diocese of Algoma are reminded to complete and submit their 2026 Parish Budget Package, which supports both 2026 financial planning and year-end reporting for 2025.
While the package was previously circulated, the Synod Office is sharing an updated version of the resource page to ensure that all parishes have easy access to the most current documents and submission links. A number of parishes have already submitted their materials—thank you to those who have done so—and this notice serves as a reminder for any parishes still completing their reports.
As part of Phase 1 of a diocesan initiative to transition year-end reporting to a more user-friendly online format, two forms are now available for direct online completion.

Parish Officials 2026 Complete the Parish Officials Form online: https://form.jotform.com/260575882184063
Statistical Form 2025 Complete the Parish Statistics Form online: https://form.jotform.com/260615980695064
These forms are intended to simplify the reporting process and reduce paperwork for parish leaders.
