A Welcome from Warden Alison Weir As Diocesan Warden, it is my joy to walk alongside the faithful women and men who serve as Lay Readers in Algoma. This ministry is one of both tradition and transformation—grounded in the church’s liturgical life and evolving to meet the needs of our communities today. Whether you are just beginning your journey or have served for many years, you are part of a vital network of spiritual leadership and service. I look forward to connecting with you at this year’s conference.
